During your appointment, your local décor consultant will go through all the fabric and colour options for your desired product. They will complete measurements of the windows being dressed and provide you with a detailed quote and breakdown of everything included.
Our appointments are obligation free, so we leave you with the quote if you need time to think and when you’re ready to move ahead, contact our team for an order and installation.
Once you’re happy to proceed, you can either place your order with the consultant during the appointment or you can contact us at a later date on 13 13 99.
A 50% payment is required up front to place the order. This payment can be made via a self-service portal provided by your consultant or over the phone with one of our helpful team members.
We also offer flexible payment plans through ZIP pay, allowing you to spread the cost of your order over time.
Once your order is placed, we start production of your products. The lead time varies depending on what product you’ve chosen which your consultant will advise you of.
All shutters, plus complex fittings, require a check measure appointment completed by one of our technicians prior to final order.
Our team will contact you with a pre-booked installation date for you to either confirm or select an alternative date that better suits you. On the day of your installation, our technician will contact you with an arrival time.
Our technicians go through rigorous training and have years of experience to ensure a perfect install every time.
For motorised products, we install the motor and program the product, then our electrician partners come out to finalise the motorisation installation. You can arrange your own electrician separately if you prefer.
