Customer Service

I have made an appointment to get a quote for my place. They came to do the measurements and told me that I will receive my quote in the afternoon. That quote never came! and I have to call them to chase up for my own quote. After calling the salesperson and the company itself like 10 TIMES! I STILL DIDN'T GET THAT QUOTE! No one wanted to solve this issue and lack of empathy! all I can say is that TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

Great job

We are very happy with the motorised awnings that Blerim installed last Wednesday. When he came to do the accurate measurements he suggested a much better placement for the awning runners so we have more space on our roofed deck and it is visually better than what we were expecting.

Good Work Job well done

I had 3 companies lined up for quotes
However I decided to go with Victory C& B as I was vey impressed with Mary Mc and her punctuality, knowledge and professional advice when she came to measure and quote
I am very pleased with the product
Further,more, Justin installed the blinds without any fuss and left the place clean and tidy and ensured
I was happy with his work

He took time to explain the remote control system
Overall I am delighted with thr product and the staff I had contact with

Only constructive. comment is that the warranty/ guarantee document should be handed to the client at the time of installation or emailed to the client. Not expect the client to source it themselves

DO NOT ORDER Blinds

DO NOT ORDER Blinds, Shutters & Awnings from Victory Blinds, their customer service is absolutely pathetic & I cite examples below:
1. Shutters badly made, some shutter panels do not line up with the corresponding shutters, having them re-made was difficult & made almost impossible.
2.The awning delivered was a manual awning & not the awning we ordered with the consultant. We ordered a motorized awning with a remote control & a wind sensor. 3 weeks later Victory cannot confirm a delivery date for when they will fit & install the replacement awning.
3, Despite my numerous phone calls & emails Victory have not had the courtesy of responding.
4. Claudette one of their senior managers has not returned my calls or answered my emails even though Victory customer service have sent her requests to call me urgently..

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Terrible experience! Rip off and take advantage of the elderly. My family was unfortunately recommended this business by an insurance company but what a joke! Have taken our money and after 11 months we still have no curtains, but we did get some runner rails that weren’t needed. Thank you for this incredible level of customer service Edwina.

Absolute disgraceful experience still ongoing

Absolute disgraceful experience so far. Still no curtains. We paid for curtains at the beginning of January. We didn't hear from them for ages so we rang them the middle of February, to be told our curtains had arrived weeks ago, but nobody ever called to book an install.
So we booked an install date. They never turned up on the day, so we gave them a call to see where they were only to be told they had to change the install date but didn't tell us. Upon investigation someone at Victory had put our phone number in wrong in their system, even though my phone number is correct on the invoice (they tried to blame us for a changed phone number that we've had for over 20 years..)...So they booked in another date, to which now they have AGAIN delayed with the EXACT same excuse as last time. So here I am months later with no curtains and nearly $10k out of pocket that they have of my money. Dodgy company for sure. It seems I may even have to take legal action to get my money back maybe???
Update: After some serious phone discussion about not accepting a further delay and a promise to ring their office every hour every day until a suitable resolution was found, Victory somehow managed to book the install back to the original date, and the curtains were installed today.
Good on them for taking the right and appropriate action, however shouldn't have to come to this in the first place.
The good bits: Joshua the salesman was fantastic and Mick installer was also top notch. Seems head office processes is where significant improvements need to be made,

Exceptional service

Mick and Brandon, thank you both so much for using your weekend to install our curtains. They are top quality. We bought curtains/blinds/shutters for our two storey house and we can’t fault Victory. Prompt quote (thanks Craig, you are so good at what you do), quick and accurate final measure and seamless installs all round. Next house, we know who to call. Thanks team!!

We had Steve come out and help talk…

We had Steve come out and help talk through some options for our unit and helped our vision come to life! Steve’s service, advice and guidance was so fantastic- such a lovely personable guy who knew what he was doing and had great recommendations that will help us financially too! So kind honest and reliable! Highly recommend his services!

Shutters transformed our sunroom.

Once again we’ve had a good experience with Victory Blinds. Sahel was so friendly and efficient when she came out to quote. Mick and Brandon installed the shutters today and did a great job. They are obviously very experienced and had them installed in no time, then took the old blind away. They too were friendly and efficient and we’re very happy with the end result.

Another Happy Customer :)

Kay from Victory blinds was a massive help. Explored all our idea's and gave us options. Suggested toning's which worked perfectly in our home. Her experience & knowledge were invaluable. Discount specials were very generous and prompted us to do our entire home with 'S Chic curtains' & double roller blinds. Quality of the products are indisputable, 'check' measuring & installation were a breeze. So happy with the results. A big 'thank you' to Kay & Victory Blinds. Highly recommend them to all :)

Wonderful, professional service

From the professionalism of my consultamt Mauve who was wonderful and helped make the absolure best choice to my installer Ian who was so helpful with hanging my curtains. I could not be more happy with the result. This is the second time of have used victory with Mauve as my consultant and I have been thrilled both times. Both Mauve and Ian were friendly and professional and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting new drapes or blinds. Affordable and excellent quality and service

Blerim from Victory Curtians and Blinds did a magnificent job installing our plantation shutters in our library. It has completed it and made it such a beautiful, sophisticated room now. Thank you so much Blerim for your careful, beautiful and professional work. You also gave me an excellent run through showing the tips and tricks of using our special plantation shutters. Outstanding quality and customer service

Outstanding service from Maria, Ritchie and James. The shutters, curtains and blinds they installed for us are of the highest quality and look absolutely fantastic. The end to end process, from the initial quote to the install, was professional and thorough. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Victory again and recommend them to others. Thank you again for helping us to pick the right window treatments to enhance the look of each room whilst adding privacy. We are really happy with the end result and we will definitely engage you for our next development as we prefer to use a local supplier. 5 stars for product and customer service!

Repeat customer for a reason

Have used Victory before for blinds and didn't hesitate to use them again for curtains. Had several companies quote, but Victory's Rod was brilliant - did everything COVID safely, gave us a perfect rundown of what the job would look like and suggested the best fabric and fittings. He was totally right, has changed the entire room. Installation was fast and efficient too, with no mess. Will now use Victory for bedrooms. Highly recommended

OMG 6 months to date 01/11/23 still…

To add to the insult of late delays i was promised a $60 bonus / refund BUT THAT NEVER arrived, PROMISES kept on coming. The job was finally completed BUT........ OMG 6 months to date 01/11/23 still waiting for verticals to be fitted, paid on time, they keep getting the order wrong, re measure, wrong, so many days off work to be there for a re fit and still the order is not made right, Still waiting would NOT purchase through this Company ever ever again,.NEVER

Thank you to the Victory Blinds staff…

Thank you to the Victory Blinds staff at Noble Park (Vic). We had the last of our soft furnishing installed and could not be happier with the results. We would like to thank Pascal for the installation, he was in direct contact with us regarding arrival times and was punctual, friendly and professional. Horrific experience

Horrific experience.
Installation was not done smoothly. Techs forget all equipment required. And now I have warranty processed but guess what, technician's cancelled twice. 7 weeks onwaiting, now am told to wait another 3 weeks. The part, advised was ordered 7 weeks ago (called twice for update and booking tech), now am told wasn't ordered. They will order parts which will take another 3 weeks. Victory has no regard for their customer. And yes the outdoor awnings fade and sun is able to penetrate over time. So not recommending anyone to use VB

Great experience

Have had Victory Blinds so far this year instal new vertical blinds in living area and another roller type blind in kitchen…they are just perfect thanks to the technician Joshua who did a fantastic job, absolutely professional in every way…could not fault. I have now ordered (again with Joshua) timber Venetian blinds for both bedrooms.
